Purchasing the artwork does not mean ownership of the copyright; the copyright remains with the creator.

Only in a buyout agreement does the buyer gain copyright transfer rights, but the buyer cannot claim the work as their own creation.

Non-commercial Use
The usage scope is limited to appreciation and collection, including as a personal avatar, cover, and for sharing posts. It is also allowed for personal use in printed items.

Strictly prohibited for any commercial sales or profit-making activities. If the work contains the creator's original content (original characters, parts), it cannot be used for any commercial purposes. However, it can be used for non-commercial derivative works. If violated, the work will be forced to switch to a buyout option, and the additional fee will be required.

Printing and gifting to others are prohibited.

If you wish to later convert it to commercial or buyout use, please inform the creator and pay the additional fee.

The work will be published and included in the creator’s portfolio, but no commercial activities will be conducted.

Commercial Use
This is a transfer of copyright. The scope of use covers commercial authorization, allowing it to be used on platforms with commercial activities or for promotional prints, such as a monetized YouTuber’s avatar or cover, or V-Tuber assets used during streams.

To avoid disputes, the work cannot be transferred to others. If discovered, it will be forcibly switched to a buyout option, and an additional fee will be required.

Even for commercial use, the original artwork content cannot be altered.

After a 1-month confidentiality period, the work will be made public and added to the creator's portfolio.

Buyout Option
Copyright transfer is included. The client may claim the work as their own creation and include it in their portfolio, with no further objections or claims from the creator.
