All commission requests, revisions, payment details, and cloud links will be handled via email

After accepting the commission
After accepting the commission, files will be delivered and reviewed via Google Drive.
The files will be removed after two months to maintain space in the cloud, so please be sure to save them.

No rejections will be accepted after the work begins.

Up to 3 revisions are allowed before the draft is finalized (excluding error corrections), to prevent endless revisions.

Revision Policy ▪️Revisions will be handled through uploads to Google Drive for confirmation and adjustments ▪️If you would like to check the progress, you may inquire via the chat box or LINE ▪️Each stage (before finalization) allows up to 3 non-error revision requests, within a reasonable range ▪️Additional revisions beyond the limit may incur an extra fee of 1–10%, depending on complexity

For commissions under 5000 NTD：
Please pay in full upfront

For commissions over 2000 NTD：
Please pay a 50% deposit upfront, and pay the remaining 50% after the final work is confirmed

Work will only begin after full payment is received. Please complete the payment within 3 days. Late payments will be considered as a cancellation of the commission and will be added to the blacklist.

Please attach the payment details after completing the payment.

Payments should be made via bank transfer. The bank account information will be provided to you when payment is required. For overseas clients, PayPal will be available.

In the case of a cancellation, refunds will not be issued for full payments or deposits. For commissions over 2000 NTD, the remaining 20% of the commission fee must still be paid.
